VidCon Creator Activations

During her time at MadMerch, Giselle led the marketing and operational efforts for six high-traffic booth activations at VidCon, spotlighting top YouTube creators including Liza Koshy, Alex Wasabi, and Emma Chamberlain. These experiential booths were designed to drive fan engagement while promoting exclusive merchandise and the creators’ online stores.
As the lead on these activations, Giselle oversaw everything from creative execution to on-site operations, ensuring each booth authentically reflected the personality and brand of the featured creator. The result was a seamless fusion of fan interaction, brand promotion, and high-volume merch sales—cementing each creator’s presence both on the ground and online.
